We stabilized the problem wall with GeoLock® wall anchors set in stable soils beyond the backfill. Then we encapsulated the crawl with CleanSpace® (floor, walls, wrapped piers), insulated the walls with SilverGlo® rigid foam, installed a TripleSafe® sump system for redundant pumping protection, and added a SaniDry™ Sedona® dehumidifier set to maintain ~45–50% RH.

Now the crawl space is secure, dry, and insulated—improving comfort, air quality, and long-term protection for the home.

Before:
