This crawl space in West Bend was suffering from structural and moisture issues, which were causing issues in the home above. Sure-Dry installed SmartJacks to stabilize the floor above and then installed a combination of CleanSpace Water Vapor Barrier, WaterGuard drainage, and sump pump to safely collect and remove any water that entered. A Sedona SaniDry Dehumidifier was also installed to control the humidity levels in the crawl space and, ultimately, the home above.

The crawl space of this home in Three Lakes, WI had several issues.  Moisture getting into the crawl space was creating mold, causing insulation to "drip",  damaging the wood floor joists and creating a foul smell throughout the home.  Because the crawl space wasn't properly sealed, these homeowners were also losing a lot of heat through the crawl space walls.
