Sure Dry did an awesome job. I am very pleased with the work. I  do feel bad about the snow storm but the crew still came and got the job done. Thank you. I was impressed Dave helped me carry my full wet dry vac up the steps and helped me empty it outside. My sump pump had stopped working and the sump hole was full of water. He made me understand the product I was getting in my home.

I am so happy with the work and everything looked so nice when finished. In the 27 years that we have lived here, we have always had water in our basement until it was just flooding all the time. Now I can go in my basement and there isn't any water on the floor anymore. It is always dry. It is such a wonderful feeling to see a dry basement. Thank you.

Crew surveyed the job vs. estimate/proposal before starting. They were cognizant of a couple potential problem areas & proceeded with caution. The crew even asked if i required them to remove their shoes when in the house.
