This customer had us out for basement water issues back in 2014, they had a crack in the foundation and also had us install a TripleSafe system. When another crack developed in their basement foundation there was zero hesitation to give us a call again to fix. They reported there has been zero issues with the first installation they had done nearly 8 years ago and would highly recommend us to anyone they know with similar issues!

The crew doing the repairs was professional and the coordination with needed electrician and plumber went smoothly.  Brian who initially did the evaluation was very thorough and really explained the process and spent several hours at the house so we felt he knew what he was doing.  Truly the entire process went smoothly.  Can't say enough about how polite the crew is!  And great cleanup afterwards. 

I just wanted to drop you a quick note, to let you know the the basement project is done and went very well and very professionally done.  The crew along with the crew leader Aaron, where just absolutely great, hard working, conscientious!  Can't say enough about these guys!  They truly get a very big  "atta boy" from us!! A very serious attribute to this company!  I also, wanted to thank Ron for hanging in there with us, during the quotation process.  It was certainly a challenge for us on making a good decision on something we knew absolutely nothing about.  So we really appreciated your patience and we're so glad we decided to go with your company.  I'm sure we won't have a problem with this system, but if we do, we are confident that your company will be on it.

The sales rep was very nice and explained everything that needed to be done. He took his time and didn't rush to get out of here. He was great. The installers were so nice and friendly. They loved their job and they were so happy all the time and knew what they had to do.  The cleanup was excellent. I couldn't believe the great job cleaning up.  I offered the gentleman donuts, juice and pop for doing such a great job. They needed a little something. Keep up the great work you do for everyone.

Gene and Jon did an excellent job on our walk through before and after the installation of the basement.  They finished there work ahead of schedule.  Gene did an excellent job explaining any follow up questions.

We received a call the next day, shortly after had the problem evaluated and repaired for a reasonable cost and a great guarantee

I have heard of you from my church and seen you on tv.  The sales rep, Ron, was very good and the crew and clean up were good too.  I would use them again.
