Nate did a wonderful job and took the time to answer my concerns.  The clean up was exceptional.  I was very impressed with Nate.  He was knowledgable and courteous.  He answered any questions I had and I felt certain I had made the right choice in giving my business to you.  I called last week because it looked like I had a leak in the corner behind the new sump pump.   Bill P came on Tuesday and was very thorough in checking for a water problem.  He took off a piece of drywall and inspected inside the wall.  He is confident the issue won't happen again.  I  was very pleased with the way he checked everything out and asked that I call again if I see a problem.  I am even more certain now that I chose the right company to fix my basement issue.  The work is excellent and so is the customer service.
