Bill Hammer came on 2-10-14 and did a very complete check on my sump pump system.  As he was leaving the basement, he noticed water running out of the water heater.  He immediately got a pail out to catch the water.  He turned off the water to the unit and found the pressure relief valve was worn out.  If he had not been here, I don't know what I would have done.  Also, before this water heater episode, I had asked him to bring in a 40lb bag of salt from my car which is gladly did for me.  Bill Hammer is to be commended for his knowledge and helpfulness.
