  I had AZ Foundation Solutions install SmartPipe and drain, CleanSpace and Humidifier in my crawl space. My salesman Chris was very knowledgeable of the product and did a thorough evaluation of the issues I was experiencing with the excess moisture in my crawl space. He provided great information on the different options to fix the immediate problem and long-term prevention of future damage. I appreciated Vic's experienced knowledge during the first days of work onsite. Vic told me about additional system benefits and made some design modifications given his experience. The installation team, Skyler and Felipe were excellent. Communication from both Chris and Skyler was the best I have ever experienced. They communicated every step of the process and provided information on the system in a way I could understand. The crew was very friendly, did excellent work and made sure everything was left in perfect condition. I was impressed Chris joined in the installation process throughout the week.   After purchasing our home, we called Arizona Foundation Solutions to investigate a sloping floor issue. Frank came out immediately and did a thorough inspection of our house and foundation. With his information the engineers were able to determine that a portion of our foundation was sinking. Although the report, scheduling and permitting took a while, once the work started we were very pleased. Victor Mendoza and his crew member Alex were the best. Victor's knowledge and pride in his work was very evident. He took the the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and answered all of our questions about smart jacks, piers and underpinnings. His experience really came through with the lifting of the house. We were very pleased with the results and would recommend this company to anyone needing a resolution to foundation problems.

  He drilled the foundation vent as close to the corner of the closet as he could. This excellent location provides more space to easily access the shelves. The PVC was installed straight up into the ceiling and looked like it had been there since the house was built. There was minimal damage to the tiled floor with only a small piece of tile being removed. The surrounding area looked fine and was cleaned after the installation. I was impressed by the PVC path that Barry chose to install in the attic. It is just how I would have installed it. We were also very impressed by the professional manner he displayed as I periodically interrupted him again and again with questions during the installation. His quick responses showed us he is very knowledgeable on how the system is installed and functions. At the completion of the installation he summarized what he had done and showed us what to look for in case the fan fails. Again we are very satisfied and impressed by his work.   AZ Foundation Solutions does great work! We met with Thomas to get an estimate on a home we were looking to buy!. We had light settlement that we wanted to lift. Thomas came out and gave us an estimate and was great to go over all the details of what they needed to do and gave some advice on what to do with other areas of the home. Edgar and his crew came out to do the job and it looks great! They were quick and they cleaned up everything when they were done. Permits were passed by the city and was all clear! The house is now leveled out and I'm really happy with the work done with great customer service which is hard to come by these days especially in home repairs!
