  Bruce Toth was the Service Technician that came to our house. He called twice to give the time of arrival which was appreciated and was right on time. Bruce demonstrated a strong understanding of the work to be done. He was personable and willing to re-educate me on the inner-workings of the pump and the ventilation system we have installed. He was meticulous, asked questions for input and answered all my questions. I was impressed and eager to write a review.

  Bruce arrived on time with a warm greeting, explained what the service entailed,, and showed me the condition of the sump pump parts and made recommendations regarding replacements. I will definitely request Bruce to come out for next year's annual maintenance... he was definitely a 5-Star technician... an asset to the CT Basement Team!
