What made you choose our company:

As a realtor we had a presentation at our Sales Meeting and based on that I decided to try your company and the product. The only thing I would say that is not very positive is that I had no idea an extension cord would have to be used because the electrical outlet already installed was not close enough to the installed unit. I was not told that it should have closer to where the unit would be installed as the sales rep. told me all was fine "As Is". To avoid any surprises the day of installation it would be better if I was told an extension cord would be run if another outlet was not installed. It did not affect my installation however as the unit is in a place that an extension cord is not a problem although it is in my opinion always better not to use one.
