What made you choose our company:

This is my initial review. You know how Connecticut springs can be: 3 days of pelting rain melting 4 feet of snow? Well, my basement is exactly 17” under the water table when that happens, so my second review will be around the end of April. For now, let me say that a long-anticipated experience in life is seldom all one had imagined, but my experience with Connecticut Basement Systems was one of those times. Believe me, Larry Janesky has been a freakin’ rock star to me for years as my dreams of a basement without mold seemed as unobtainable as a date with Freddie Mercury. When I actually put down my deposit, there was absolutely no way it could live up to the mind-hype. But they did. From Doug to Ferdinand to Javier and crew to Dan to Maria, gosh! What a great company! Friendly, efficient, clear, consistent, did I say personable, dependable: this company works like a shiny new clock with each part doing exactly the thing that keeps every other part functioning precisely. Incidentally, I am not even distantly related to anyone there.
