Bill was knowledgeable on all phases of basement water problems, and solutions to eliminate them.
The foreman was neat and polite, the whole crew worked hard all day. The job was done in one day as promised. The foreman upon completion, explained the whole system in detail and answered any questions I might have.

I have been seeing your trucks all over Connecticut for years. I wanted to use an established company, not a here today, gone tomorrow one.
My flooding usually only happens in the spring after the snow melt, so last April it happened again. I saw the Basement Systems advertisement on Fox 61 Saturday morning news. After I looked your company up on the internet, I called the following Monday.
I did have another estimate from a different company, but I thought for the peace of mind of using a known company it was worth a few extra dollars.
