What made you choose our company:

In 2016 I chose CT Basement Systems over other companies because I have seen lots of advertisements in flyers, TV, etc. Besides, I love to watch Larry in the TV commercials and watch him say, "everything Basementy! One thing I don't understand, and I forgot to ask Jorge this, Why does the sump pump have to be replaced every year? When I lived in Farmington, CT from 1969 through 2003 we had a sump pump and through all those years it never had to be changed out. What is the difference I can understand the back up battery being changed every 5 years as that's what I have to do with my vehicle, but WHY the sump pump?
