Service Tech Prince is the best! He is a professional, polite, knowledgeable technician. The tech who serviced the home in August needs to check his equipment he accidentally took my hose extension with him.

You need to update your service policies. I work for an HVAC company in FFLD county- we don’t demand that our customers must be home. We have an auto pay option so when the job is completed the account with be charged to the CC or Checking account on file.
My system is outside with access thru a Bilco door no need for me to be home- my number is available if the tech needs to reach me.
