Nick Theofiles brings a unique mix of experience, knowledge, and heart to the DryZone team. With more than 20 years of experience spanning real estate, building, business ownership, consulting, and investing, Nick has developed a strong understanding of homes and what it takes to protect them. He enjoys working closely with homeowners, helping them better understand what is happening in their home and guiding them toward solutions that will give them peace of mind. Nick is known for his attention to detail, his approachable personality, and the genuine care he brings to every homeowner interaction.

As a Delaware native, Nick is proud to serve homeowners in the community he calls home. He is also a decorated Air Force veteran and a proud father of three sons. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, working in the yard, and heading offshore to fish whenever he gets the chance.
