Delays vs scheduled date to install
Too many delays
Explained the procedure very well. Did a great inspection.
Very cooperative, Keep area cleaned, worked all day without leaving the workplace. pointed out a leaking pump in the crawl space. I view them as an asset of the DryZone Company.
Kept the work area cleaned but could have done more after completing the job. Drive way had to be cleaned by owner.
What made you choose our company:
I trusted the sales person and the price negotiated was well within my budget for the job. As stated, my overall experience with DryZone was good with the exception of delays scheduled to do the job. One thing I have to mention, the electrician has not been here to put the electrical line to the sump pump and dehumidifier and SaniDry Machine as of 6/1/17 a week after the system was installed.
