Ron Stark brings a remarkably diverse background and a wealth of real-world experience to Sunshine Foundation Repair.  With a professional journey that spans roles as an elementary school teacher, helicopter mechanic, site project manager, and radiation therapist, Ron has developed a disciplined, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to helping others.

For six years, Ron worked as a successful listing agent in the real estate industry, where he self-generated all of his sales and built lasting relationships through transparency, trust, and an unmatched work ethic.  His experience as a real estate investor and property manager further sharpened his skills in residential construction design, marketing and client relations, making him uniquely equipped to assess homes and identify the best foundation and waterproofing solutions for homeowners.

Ron currently resides in Ponte Vedra Beach with his wife, Nancy, and their two children.  He enjoys studying macroeconomics, catching waves while surfing, and managing his portfolio of short-term rental properties.  Ron is passionate about helping families protect and invest in their homes, bringing both expertise and a customer-first mindset to every inspection he conducts.
