He began his career working with AT&T Corporate, where he developed a strong foundation in communication, sales strategies, and delivering high-level customer experiences. Justin later spent 8 years with Superior Fence and Rail, where he managed projects from initial consultation through completion, while also overseeing teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. His background has strengthened his ability to understand homeowner needs, provide customized solutions, and deliver results through clear communication and collaboration.
