With eight years in the foundation repair industry, Adlai's journey began as a dedicated crew member, gradually advancing to the role of production manager. His firsthand experience and deep understanding of the field enable him to lead our production team with efficiency and precision.

In addition to his expertise in foundation repair, Adlai boasts extensive experience in the home services industry, further enhancing his ability to deliver exceptional results. Driven by a passion for exceeding customer expectations, Adlai is committed to ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Outside of work, Adlai finds joy in family life with his wife, Summer, and their children, Landon and Skyler. Together, they enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring new adventures, and creating cherished memories.
