A Crawlspace Fully Protected in Port Royal, SC

A homeowner in Port Royal was so impressed with our company and the level of service that we provided, they had us back out to fully encapsulate and seal their crawlspace! Our crew did a beautiful job!

Falling insulation can cause other problems besides cluttering up your crawl space. In these pictures you can see that the insulation actually pulled down a junction box creating a fire and electrical hazard. Also note the white powder on the joists. Yep you guessed it, that's mold! We were able to correct the problems through insulation removal and the installation of a CleanSpace System.

Crawl Space - Plastic Liner vs CleanSpace Encapsulation

Wow! Where to begin? This homeowner tried to fix the moisture problem through the use of a plastic floor liner. As you can see the water problem and humidity are still an issue because the whole problem wasn't addressed. The after shot shows the addition of a CleanSpace liner, which is antimicrobial i.e. won't grow mold, as part of a system including our SuperSump or TripleSafe sump pumps and our SaniDry line of dehumidifiers. Our system solved the problem and left a happy home owner with a healthier home!
