DeVante is responsible for overseeing each job to completion and has responsibility for assembling appropriate tools and equipment, assigning tasks to installers, and moving the job toward completion to ensure efficiency and quality. He is also responsible for keeping the customer up-to-date and ensuring satisfaction with each job.

Before joining the Lowcountry team, DeVante had 3 years of combined experience in repair services for crawlspace and foundation repair services. In DeVante's words, "I joined Lowcountry Foundation Repair to provide for my family and have the opportunity for growth."
