Brescha McMiller

Shae has been a valued member of the Atlanta Basement Systems team for over three years and currently serves as our Account Manager. She began her career in the Customer Care Center, where she developed strong communication skills and a deep understanding of customer needs. Through her dedication and growth, she transitioned into her current role, where she supports both System Design Specialists and customers through inside sales.

During her time with the company, Shae has attended numerous Contractor Nation and Redefine trainings and has earned multiple Value Awards for consistently supporting her coworkers and customers. She also received an Iron Chef Award for keeping the team well-fed with her amazing Friday meals. Her favorite part of her role is building meaningful relationships with both internal and external customers.

Outside of work, Shae enjoys singing, shopping, cooking, working on her podcast, and spending time with friends and family.
