Shelley Keller

Shelley is one of our Customer Care Representatives and brings more than 30 years of customer service experience to the Atlanta Basement Systems team, including five years of appointment scheduling experience. Her extensive background allows her to provide knowledgeable, compassionate support to every homeowner she speaks with.

During her time with the company, Shelley has received a One Experience Award in recognition of her phenomenal customer service. She works diligently to match each customer with the System Design Specialist best suited to their needs, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience from the very first call. Her favorite part of the job is helping customers and being of service to others, and she truly enjoys the people she works with each day.

Outside of work, Shelley loves spending time with her family, especially her seven grandchildren, and enjoys relaxing with her dogs.
