Albert may be the Devil Incarnate, he's such a smooth talker! But he's also frank and honest and knows whereof he speaks. Nate and crew were prompt, professional and friendly, worked around several problems without upsetting the HOA, and finished a 2-day job in a single day! I believe this house will last years longer without the corrosive moisture that caused almost all of the problems it has!
