Our drainage matting creates drainage space underneath the CleanSpace© Light barrier and adds durability, puncture resistance, and a thermal break.
Our crew first has to break through the concrete to install our sump pump.
This heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner is twice as thick as industry standard liners, and is permanently sealed to the walls, lasting many years to come.
After ensuring our SmartJacks are perfectly level, our foreman and his installation specialist will also mark the SmartJacks so in future maintenance visits, we can see if any shifting has occurred since installation.
These SmartJacks© were installed into engineered fill before the dirt was replaced to cover them and make the crawl space level.
