He was very thorough. Took his time to look at the foundation and assess the problem and then took time to explain what he thought needed to be done. He answered all our questions.
Our Installation Crew
They did a thorough job and were very nice, quick and efficient. It was done in one day which we appreciated. The floor feels much more solid now.
The Cleanup Process
The clean-up was not as good as we had hoped. There was dirt on the walls in several places, and dirt on the carpet in the room where the crawl space door is. We had to have it cleaned. And where they put the drain outside it messed up the gravel and the gate had to be fixed.
