What made you choose our company:

It's been over four years since we had our basement encapsulated by Support Works. Their team did a great job in a very dirty environment. This review is on the annual service. I thought the service was only a dehumidifier filter replacement, so for the first two years I did it myself. Once I learned it involves much more I have had Support Works do it. I couldn't be more pleased with the attention and thoroughness with each annual visit. This year was Brandon's second annual visit, he is aware of my wife's sensitivity to odors which he accommodates with extra plastic on carpets etc. After doing the work on the dehumidifier and reporting on his inspection of every inch of our crawlspace he spend time with us to address many questions from my wife. More companies need quality people like Brandon!
