What made you choose our company:

NOVA installed retaining plates and Fortress strips in my parents' basement in 2011. Josh came and did finish work in the basement in early 2020, no charge. And today (July 17, 2020) I met with Chris Young to get a quote for remediating rain water intrusion in the basement. He pointed out that my only real problem was that the downspouts needed extensions. He could have tried to sell me a whole remediation system, but he didn't. These two experiences with NOVA have persuaded me that they'll treat their clients fairly and stand by what they sell.
