I had heard positive reviews. However, I have now seen the work for myself. Chris Young clearly explained what was needed and even encouraged verifying with another source. Josh was absolutely wonderful. He took his time to show each step of the process. Moreover, he answered all of my questions. His team took their time and ensured that the work was done and done exceedingly well. I couldn’t even tell that they had dug up part of the yard to put in the drainage system. I HIGHLY recommend Nova to anyone who needs work on a basement, egress window, drainage system, or dehumidifier.
