Joe was great but most of his crew had little to no experience which placed a great burden on him.
There was fiberglass insulation on top of the HVAC run that I removed after they were finished. It was soaking wet from condensation and I am sure should have been removed to complete the job.
What made you choose our company:
I had 5 companies give me their recommendations. Two were easy to dismiss and a third was slow to respond. It came down to Crossroads Foundation Repair and Basement Systems. Both had practically the same approach and the same cost. In the end, it was a matter of which one would be more likely to be in business for the long run. Eric did a very good presentation and spent more time inspecting the crawlspace than the other company reps.
