Our sales person was fabulous. He worked with us continually through any and all problems/delays that we had. Some of the issues we had with the project were significant delays, a broken front window (that was replaced) and a breakdown in some communication resulting in us having to take days off work with no workers ending up coming. All in all the work that was done was excellent, our sales person was on top of everything and even though it took a year from start to finish he stayed with this project until the end.

I wanted to send this email to let you know how happy I am with the Delta MS. My home was built by Malcolm Homes in 1996. We moved in on October 30, 1996 and the spring of 1997 was the "Flood of the Century". My basement was very dry then and almost 15 years later, it is still very dry and warm. I had 2 other brand new houses prior to this one and both of them had a very damp feeling basement. I remember my cardboard boxes turned green with mold from the dampness of the concrete floors. The basements without the wrap also had a damp smell to them. There was nothing like that in my existing house. We just sold our home and will be moving from a two story to a bungalow. I will be once again having a house built. I will certainly pay the extra cost to have the MS Delta wrapped around my home again. I highly recommend this product.
