Greg Brown was very thorough in his presentation. He went over every aspect of what our procedure would entail, what would be beneficial to keep our basement as dry as possible and gave us all of our payment options. Very pleased.

Kyle, Logan and Nate were hands down the very best crew we have EVER had do work for us of any kind. Not only were they polite, courteous and respectful, they were professional and kept us informed on what was being done every step of the way. We were given morning updates of what was going to happen that day and what to expect (noise, dust, etc.), wrap-up of what was accomplished that day plus updates every step of the way. We so appreciated this. But even more appreciated was how they all worked so hard as a team and what seemed like non-stop under not so ideal circumstances - terribly hot, humid weather and our water being shut off. They always cleaned up after themselves. They worked together so smoothly without bickering or back-stabbing (problems we've seen in the past). They were such a joy to have working on our house and we would welcome them back any time. We can't tell you how pleased we are to have had these valuable Ayers employees work for us and from our experience would recommend them 200% to anyone wishing to have this service done on their home.
