Our Installation Crew
Would have been a 5 but they did not clean out the bottom of the sump crock. It had a lot of broken concrete & debris in it. That resulted in the pump stopping. I had to clear the debris. Doing this made the hard piping too short to reach the bottom of the crock which I then had to fix. The entire crew was friendly & professional during install. Took the time to show me everything they were doing & explain why.
