Job review from James in Clare, MI 48617 on 08/05/20

My son went to school with Justin, the salesperson. Justin was knowledgeable and very confident in the product and company. Only suggestion is the time allotted for the job as stated above , and better clean-up practices after the job is done. Also, communication was lacking between the foreman and us. When we started the job it was with the understanding that they would remove up the 4" of drywall at the floor. When we came to the basement to check on progress there was about 10" missing. When asked, they just said they had to go up 10", but didn't explain why. We asked Justin we ran into him and he called us back away with the answer, after talking to foreman, we were very happy with this follow through.
