What type of work did you have done:
There was a small amount of standing water that covered the entirety of my basement floor. I was not sure where the water was coming from but I wanted to finish my basement and I couldn't do that with water on the floor. When the salesperson came to do the inspection, he found a horizontal crack on my wall and said that there is movement in the wall. They used CarbonArmor to fix the crack and prevent further movement. They also waterproofed my basement to give me peace of mind and allow me to finish the space. They installed a sump pump, a perimeter drain, and a SaniDry dehumidifier to keep the moisture out of the area.
