I was overall very happy with Levi and Jordan. Super great to work with. However, after paying for a new sump pump to be installed in a newly renovated house, I was told that I needed to have a plumber back out to re-route the water softener discharge line or it would void my warranty. After paying a plumber, I found out that the Clinton County Health Department specifically says to NOT put into septic as Ayers had instructed.
