Crew was pleasant and professional. they worked hard. When we asked questions, they answered politely. They attended to all their responsibilities very well except for clean-up. Leaving concrete in the window opening channels was really serious as you couldn't see it from the inside, i had to go outside and break up the chunks with a screwdriver then vacuum it up otherwise we would have damaged windows when opening. They may have been looking forward to Santa!
Veteran's discount would have been appreciated
Crew was friendly and communicative. However, when the protective tape was removed from the caulking, it caused the caulking to be rough and uneven. The crew said they would smooth it before they left but forgot.
Concrete bits left in the window channels could not be seen from the inside and could have damaged windows when opening.
