Initial interaction was based on seeing a local work sign to and trucks on the highway when traveling to work to request a competitive quote last year. Decision to select Ayers was based on local rep (lives across the lake), product solution, and subsequent upgrades based on support staff knowledge, working practices, and interactions/communication.
