Job review from Marian in Union Pier, MI 49129 on 05/05/21

Although I had to wait 4 months for the work to be done, it was worth the wait. Despite the frigid February weather, the 4-man crew spearheaded by Jake was wonderful, friendly, courteous,  and competent. When Jake assessed my situation he recommended another installation option that made perfect sense and no way would the sales rep, Jim, have known the situation of numerous "holes" that needed to be filled versus just covered. The modification of the original plan saved me $700 which, being retired, was extremely appreciated. I do hope that Ayers values Jake Oliver as a "project hero" knowing that the extra money would be in my pocket and not Ayers. Very impressive. Thank you!
