The crew was awesome! Problems with our first salespersons proposal when it came time to install. The job had to be cancelled and start over from the beginning. We had been waiting since December. We were unhappy at the time. James, the next salesperson, was good. The day before install- got a call from the office to cancel us for the next day and move it out a week. This also made us very unhappy! We insisted they come since we had already removed walls, floors, wrapped stuff in plastic, and moved the water softener. We were not prepared to be this pleased. The crew was very pleasant, personable, and knew their stuff. They were efficient, beautiful job on all the work. Cleaned up so well that was better than when they started. Not impressed with the office but very very impressed with the crew that did the work!
