Job review from Sandra in Fowler , MI 48835 on 07/20/21

My sales rep was Brad. First off he said I needed 2support beams. When the crew came to put them in, they said I needed 3, so I paid for another one. Brad said this project would take 2 days. When the crew came they said it would be done in one. Also Brad told me they would be digging to the bottom of the basement on the outside and reinforcing on the outside and the inside. The crew said no it’s all going on the inside. When Brad was writing up the charges he wrote down a charge for a permit to dig. I said I didn’t know where the gas line was and he said they would take care of all that. I don’t have a copy of the individual charges so I don’t know how much it was. He was very friendly but why the discrepancies? I paid the bill in full but I would appreciate the money back for the permit.
