What made you choose our company:

My sister-in-law & nephew made the recommendation. My only negative comment is that I mentioned to Bryce my concerns about the distance of the sump pump discharge. I had problems with my old sump pump running frequently until I had some extra drainage put in. I know if I still had the old sump pump, it would not be running & there would be no water in my basement. The same thing is happening with the new sump pump. It runs every 90 minutes and water is standing at the discharge site. I have texted Bryce & he agreed to extend the drainage. I just wished it would have been when all the other work was done. Even one of the men working expressed concern.
