What made you choose our company:

Name recognition, cost for what I got.. Salesman was not reachable due to his mailbox being full. Office wanted him to make another visit for changes. Believe I should have been told about all the sump pumps available. I was oversold the TripleSafe and was not made aware of the electrical requirement for it until after everything was installed. Sales place the SaniFry on the printout that was not a viable spot due to no electrical outlet and discharge hose not long enough to sump pump. Need the waterproofing, did not need the elite sump pump
