Matt was very professional and helpful in every aspect of what comprised the estimate. He provided a very clear explanation during his presentation on options offered for achieving a dry basement (including a solution for a very narrow passage less than 5 inches wide). He listened to my [homeowner] concerns attentively and was very informative and transparent about the entire process. The final quote was tailored to accommodate our preferences (e.g. among 3 different sump pump options), replete with a computer print-out devised (based on measurements taken by Matt on site) of our basement. An all-around great job is what we experienced in this free estimate process.
