Markesha joined the Customer Care team with more than 20 years of customer service experience and having completed the National Emerging Leadership Program. Between working as a training & quality coordinator for 12 years and operating her own private event venue, she has an extensive background in relationship building. Markesha’s passion for event planning and design translates to skills she uses every day while helping customers set up inspection appointments.

As a customer care representative, one of Markesha’s responsibilities includes responding to incoming calls, messages, and forms asking for help. Her favorite HomeSpec products focus on basement waterproofing, as water intrusion is one of the most common struggles homeowners in our community face. She enjoys the variety this position offers in addition to her life as a wife, mom, and business owner. In her free time, Markesha can be found spending time with her family and planning events.
