With decades of experience in office support across various industries, Jess brings a deep sense of organization and reliability to the HomeSpec team. Although new to the waterproofing and foundation industry, her background, combined with growing up around construction, makes her role feel like a natural fit.

Jess enjoys working behind the scenes to keep projects on track and ensure everything runs efficiently. She is passionate about helping restore homeowners’ peace of mind and protecting the place they value most.

In her spare time, she enjoys watching classic movies, listening to music, cooking, reading, and crocheting. Having lived in seven states, she ultimately returned to Michigan in 2023, bringing her journey full circle.
