Overall, really happy with the work that was done. Happy to have a clean and secure crawlspace now. And everyone we interacted with was very helpful and we had a good friendly crew. Ben our salesman really went above and beyond for us. The only thing is that we wish that the ground wasn’t dug up near the crawlspace if the crew knew the crawlspace well covering wasn’t going to work in our situation because now we need to get the hole filled back in with gravel, find or make something that will fit in that area and replant grass in front of that area. There was one vent cover we couldn’t get replaced due to how our deck is built but hoping that when we do rebuild our deck we could get that vent cover.
