Justin was fantastic to work with! Very helpful, clear, knowledgable, and patient as we waited for quotes from other contractors. Came out with the company owner before installation started to verify flooring would be ok to work with, very helpful for our peace of mind! Would give more than a 5 if we could!

Professional, communicative, explained everything very well during the process! Answered all of our questions and explained processes thoroughly! Would also give more than a 5 if we could!

The Cleanup Process

Set up plastic where we requested, had runners on floor...Room and entry into room thoroughly cleaned!

Basement Waterproofing

What made you choose our company:

The years of service, knowledge of materials/process/our foundation and what was doable/not doable to keep our home in good shape. our neighbor also used NSBS and installed a second sump too years ago and haven't had a problem with water in basement since! Extremely respectful, patient, and communicative during all parts since calling for initial information. Would definitely work with NSBS again for any waterproofing, and potential sump replacement of our other sump in basement.
