I heard of other customers that I know very well after the installation that are very happy with their results. Since the installation, we hear our sump pump dumping often with no evidence of water in the basement :)
Communication was great. We knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. We had a laundry tub that got backed up because of the dust and they promptly came back the next day and fixed it free of charge. The dust was not a problem beyond that, much better then we expected. I could tell they stand by their work.
