Hilary Johnson

Hilary joined our team in February of 2023. Prior to working for us, Hilary gained several years of customer service experience through previous call center experience, as well as owning her own business. She wanted to make the switch to American Waterworks because she had heard great things about our team culture and the positive work environment. She is the most excited about working alongside a new team and helping as many customers as she can. Hilary joined our team as a customer service representative, meaning her daily tasks include scheduling free estimates, entering leads, answering incoming calls, and responding to customer emails. 

When Hilary isn't in the office she can be found creating various forms of art, spending time in nature, taking snowmobiling trips, and spending time with animals. We are so lucky to have Hilary on the team!
