To fix this issue, Eric recommended SmartDrain, a plumbing leak system that drains water away to a dry well, CleanSpace,  a vapor wall barrier, Drainage Matting, an extremely durable matting that creates a drainage space and thermal break between CleanSpace and the ground, Foamax, an insulation foam that helps control humidity levels, and SmartJack, that raises the floor back to where it originally was. After reviewing the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and scheduled the installation date.  In about a month, our Foreman, Jesus C., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They installed 1 SmartDrain, 504 sqft of CleanSpace, 418 sqft of Drainage Matting, 210 sqft of Foamax, and 1 SmartJack. After they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home. A homeowner in New Lisbon, WI, noticed an odd odor around their home. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner decided to do some investigating. After taking a closer look, the homeowner discovered the odor was coming from their crawl space. Worried this was a sign of a larger issue, the homeowners knew they needed to find a professional to provide them with a solution. A few days later, Chuck arrived at the home and began the detailed inspection. During his inspection, Chuck confirmed the crawl space needed to be fully encapsulated. Our Logistics team gave the final green light, and the project was scheduled for a few months later. When the project date arrived, our crews traveled to the home to start the project. First, the crew began by making sure the crawl space was ready for installation. Next, the crew shifted to installing the SmartJacks. Once the SmartJacks were secured, the crew laid Drainage Matting on the floors. Then, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl space floors. Lindsay and Ryan L. of Adrian, MN had water leaking from her foundation walls into her basement, making her feel nervous about the value of her home. She needed repairs as soon as possible so we sent out our Design Specialist, Jared Bruns. Jared inspected her problems and came up with a solution. Lindsey and Ryan got all of their questions answered, so they scheduled an installation date.  Our Foreman, Arturo Mares, and his production team began the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed 148 feet of our WaterGuard System, which is made to collect water seepage from basement walls and act like an underground drain. Next, Arturo and his team applied 50 feet of our CleanSpace Wall System, which prevents humidity and mold build-up, provides the room with a neat and clean look, and guides the water into the WaterGuard. To complete the project, Arturo and his team covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete. Lindsay and Ryan were happy with the results and enjoyed watching the project from start to finish! 

A concerned customer called us when they began to notice water in the crawl space beneath their property. Our Design Specialist, Kevin, had a few recommendations to help keep the area dry. Along with sealing off the sump basket, he recommended that the customer invests in a suction point in the crawl space. Furthermore, he recommended that the entire crawl space be lined with our CleanSpace encapsulation, ensuring that the area would stay dry.
